Advalent Announces 3R Edge Plus and CONNECT Gateway for Payers
3R Edge Plus is an HIX edge server solution that is ready today with all the Accountable Care Act (ACA) and Health and Human Services (HHS) data submission, risk adjustment and reinsurance reporting rules for HIX health plans built-in. The cloud-based HIX edge server allows payers to accurately submit files to HHS quickly and cost-effectively, ensuring the health plan is protected from adverse selection, inaccurate rate setting and over-the-limit claims. Dashboards and reports let health plan administrators quickly understand the plan’s HHS submission, make changes and resubmit to improve ACA risk adjustment and reinsurance reimbursement.
Advalent CONNECT Gateway implements the open-source CONNECT Core Services Gateway to allow payers to share data with other HIE-compatible organizations using nationally-recognized interoperability standards. Advalent experts can configure the CONNECT Gateway adapter to set up an HIE for a payer organization, integrate a standalone HIE with other HIEs, and connect a health plan system with a regional HIE network.
